A few words from our clients
Is it necessary for me to stay home while the painters do their job?
It’s not necessary for you to be home while the painters are working. You can carry on with your daily activities without any worries. As for closing your place before we leave, we’ll discuss the details with you before we start the work.
How many painters will be in my home?
That depends on the size of your project. Smaller jobs might need just one or two of us. For larger homes, we might bring in a team – usually no more than 3 or 4 people – all respectful, tidy and fully trained.
Do I need to be at home while you’re painting?
Not at all. Many of our clients are away during the day, and we’re used to working independently. If you prefer to be there, that’s fine too. Either way, we’ll keep you updated, and if we finish before you return, we’ll lock up properly and make sure everything is safe and clean.
Is there a warranty or guarantee for your painting services?
Yes. We stand by our work. If anything isn’t right after we’re done, let us know – we’ll come back and fix it. We believe in doing the job properly and being fair with every client.
What kind of preparation work do you actually do?
We don’t just paint over cracks and marks. We repair holes, seal stains, treat any mould, and sand woodwork so the finish lasts. Good prep makes the difference between a quick paint job and a lasting result.
